Конструкция РМВ
Рукав металлический вальцованный состоит из несущей оболочки, а, в случае необходимости, наружной оболочки и концевой арматуры.

Несущая оболочка
Несущая оболочка представляет собой витой шланг, изготовленный из металлической ленты, которая в процессе производства профилируется и сворачивается по спирали в гибкий трубопровод.
Соединение и уплотнение между витками спирали достигается за счет замка S-образного или П-образного профиля.

В качестве материалов для производства несущей оболочки РМВ могут применяться:
- низкоуглеродистая стальная лента,
- нержавеющая лента,
- латунная лента,
- медная лента,
- алюминиевая лента,
- лента из низкоуглеродистой оцинкованной стали,
- лента из низкоуглеродистой стали с никелированным покрытием,
- лента из низкоуглеродистой алюминизированной стали.

Наружная оболочка
В случае необходимости герметизации полости металлорукава, а также для дополнительной защиты от коррозии, на поверхность РМВ может наноситься защитный слой ПВХ покрытия.
Для механической защиты поверхность металлорукава может оплетаться одним или двумя слоями металлической оплетки.

- наружная оболочка отсутствует
- одинарная или двойная стальная оплетка,
- одинарная или двойная оцинкованная оплетка,
- одинарная или двойная омедненная оплетка,
- одинарная или двойная нержавеющая оплетка,
- одинарная или двойная латунная оплетка,
- ПВХ

Концевая арматура
На концах металлорукава возможна установка концевой арматуры.
